Makkelijke webshop, snelle levering en een leuke cadeautje erbij :-) Beetje grote verpakking maar dat begrijp ik wel. Handschoene werken perfect, die avond meteen een gloeiend hete bakplaat uit de oven gepakt, maar vooral de grip is geweldig, niet meer bang zijn dat het het uit je handen glipt. Aanrader!!!!!

It's lighter than I expected, but so far after a couple of weeks of use, it remains easy to clean, cooks the way you would expect an iron pan to, and I have been washing it with soap, drying over heat, and then a light coating of veg oil after. I do get some brown residue every time, it might be rust, but overall I'm happy with it. I wish there was a version with higher walls, when the skillet is full of something other than a piece of meat, the food can jump out while stirring. The handle is also iron, so it requires handling with a glove when the pan is hot.

I'm very happy with this 12" cast iron skillet from PitmasterX. The hand-polished surface is exceptionally smooth. It arrived unseasoned, but after seasoning it myself, the surface is perfectly non-stick. It heats evenly and provides a perfect sear every time. This pan is clearly built to last and will quickly become an essential tool in my kitchen. Highly recommended!

Als eigenaar van smoker X0006 kan ik zeggen dat deze smoker alles is wat ik zocht en meer. Het robuuste 8mm staal, de eenvoudige temperatuurregeling en de fenomenale smaak die hij levert, zijn ongeëvenaard. De plancha is ideaal voor een snelle hap tijdens het wachten – een smashburger erop bakken is fantastisch. Ik gebruik momenteel beuken- en eikenhout. Het spelen met vuur maakt het helemaal af – absoluut een aanrader! Dit is een investering die ik jaren geleden al had moeten doen!

As the owner of smoker X0006, I can say this smoker is everything I was looking for and more. The sturdy 8mm steel, easy temperature control, and the phenomenal flavor it delivers are unmatched. The plancha is perfect for a quick bite while waiting – making a smashburger on it is fantastic. I'm currently using beech and oak wood. Playing with fire makes it all the more fun – definitely a must-have! This is an investment I should have made years ago!

This is the most thought out offset smoker I have seen yet, it has every feature I want but just 3 things are missing. I would add big off road wheels to help it easier to move on non smooth surface and it looks bad ass! I would also put a handle that controls the axel on two of wheels to help it steer and pulling leverage. Then 3rd thing I would use goldees smoke box concept that has no direct flame exposure to the meats.

I just love these products, started by making my own, but this is much easier. Great taste for every piece of meat you are cooking.
